Health and lifestyle programme
We have developed a health and wellbeing program, Nudge, to make it easier for customers to nudge towards making healthy choices more often. Our chefs prepare menus for each meal occasion to the needs of the target audience. Our Nudge standards provide guidance on portion control, plating food, service flow, signage, and architecture to nudge clients to make healthier choices.
Max Facility provision of cleaning services for MBIE
Our max facility team is a close-knit community of experienced cleaning professionals who take pride in providing clean and healthy work environments. As specialists in the industry in large-scale commercial office cleaning, securing the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment (MBIE, national cleaning contract was an excellent fit for our Max Facilities team. We deliver comprehensive cleaning services for MBIE’s 21 corporate offices across Auckland and Wellington. We commenced this 3-year contract in mid-2021. The contract’s scale and term enabled us to bring 40 new personnel into the team, employment, and supported career pathways. We know that an engaged team provides results and our team receives onsite training and support from our experienced Customer Service Managers. Systematic QA checks tailored to MBIE and TEC’s requirements are in place and foster a consistently reliable service delivery. Using environmentally sustainable cleaning methods and products is important to us, and we use the best available eco-cleaning products and use recycling options.
Commercial Cleaning
1. BP National
Max Facilities have been delivering cleaning services for 106 BP sites across Aotearoa since 2018. Our team of 40 cleaning professionals supply reliable cleaning services that support BP’s excellent customer service. We provide interior, toilets, retail area, back of house, service area, buff/burnish hard floors, window cleaning and kitchen cleaning. Each region has fully equipped van runs. In addition, six cleaning supervisors on this contract have their own fully equipped vans that operate six days a week. All floor cleaning occurs during closed-door periods or at a convenient time to the store, and never earlier than 9pm. All window cleaning takes place during daylight hours so we can see the quality of our work. We also provide specialised bio-hazard cleaning needed from time to time and deep cleaning for new store openings.
2. Specialist Stadium Cleaning
Stadiums are important entertainment spaces, and Max Facilities has an excellent track record in delivering stadium cleaning services. Max Facilities has provided commercial cleaning services for the H3 Group that cover the Claudelands event center, FMG Waikato stadium, and Seddon Park since 2014. These stadiums are high-profile sites for live music and sports events, business conferences, and private functions. Our cleaning services ensure that these event centres are always clean, professionally presented, and ready to host the next big event. Our cleaning approach is tailored to support delivering premium hospitality packages and providing the ultimate guest experience. We comprehensively clean all areas for the three facilities, from inside facilities (lounges, function rooms, toilets) to outside ovals and surrounds (e.g. groundsman sheds, pavilions, car parks, fields). We also attend emergency callouts.
3. South Waikato District Council
Max Facilities is fortunate to be the South Waikato District Council’s contractor to supply cleaning services for their public spaces and buildings throughout the district. We also provide cleaning services to support special events held for the community by the Council. As part of the local Waikato community, our team is looking forward to fostering long term relationships over the 10-year contract term to deliver the best outcomes.
4. American Embassy
Adding an Embassy to our comprehensive cleaning portfolio is an exciting development for our Max Facilities team. Max Facilities is the American Embassy’s cleaning contractor providing cleaning, consumables management, and hygiene services. Our personnel completed comprehensive security and suitability checks needed for the Embassy. The Embassy hosts several functions for dignitaries and visiting officials, and our high standard of cleaning is key to providing a clean, warm, and appealing welcome.
